Consultation

In Person Sessions

We offer in person service dog training and animal-assisted therapy coaching services for people in the Pikes Peak region of the Colorado Front Range (El Paso and Teller Counties).

We meet with clients by appointment at our training facility located at 213 Aspen Garden Way #3. Woodland Park, CO – 80863.

Service dog training services are also provided at local destinations for public access training or other special training needs (travel fees may apply).

Finally, we also offer at home sessions.

Our clients can pay per session, purchase packages, or sign up for a monthly subscription service. Due to the highly customized nature of our in person services, please Contact Us for more information about timelines, offers, and pricing.

Coverage for extended surrounded areas (Denver, Castle Rock, Pueblo) and beyond is available at an additional cost.

Virtual Task Training

We offer virtual/remote sessions via zoom platform for service dog task training support. These sessions can be booked by clients anywhere in the world.

Consultation

Board and Train Programs

We offer board and train services for clients with dog training needs. We specialize in obedience, socialization, and task training of service dogs .

Dogs stay with a trainer who cares and works with them throughout their stay. Typically 4 weeks or longer, these programs personalized for the specific needs our clients and their dogs. We take pride on supporting service dog teams unleash their potential when they want or need a little more help or more intensive training.

Short term and long term boarding options without training may also be available for established clients.

Co-Raising Programs

We offer a long-term Co-Raising programs for clients with service dog training needs. These programs offer a series of board and train periods alternating with periods where the dog returns to the owner.

As with our Program Dog services, the preparatory training process typically lasts one to years before the dog begins working as a trained service dog.

Programs can also include follow-up support and maintain training sessions.

Rather than purchasing separate board and train programs. This program offers clients pre-planned terms, additional supports, and priority placement in our schedule.

Consultation

Program Dogs

We sell long-term programs for the training of service dogs. The program dog journey with a preparatory training period lasting one and two years depending on the depth of training and tasking complexity. During that time, the dog is raised and lives with a trainer, but pre-delivery team work sessions with clients can be included. Dogs under contract can receive customized training tailored for the client’s needs.

The program includes a transition period after delivery where a trainer helps prepare the handler to work with the dog as a team. Then, as the dog begins working for the handler, there are required follow-up sessions to monitor and assist with bonding between the dog and handler, maintain consistency in application of handling techniques, and facilitate increasing reliability in performance of trained tasks for the handler. Finally, we offer long-term support and training maintenance sessions for the duration of the dog’s life.

Prices vary as every program is customized.

Training Seminars

My Life Unleashed trainers occasionally host training seminars, often in collaboration with other service providers nationwide. These training seminars address multiple aspects of service dog training and are designed to benefit both handlers and dog trainers alike. There are usually both audit and working spots available.

Video Lessons

We record training videos to help support service dog handlers and trainers nationwide. Most of our training videos are hosted in their entirety in our Patreon.

We also have some demo videos and podcasts posted free of charge to our Youtube Channel.
